Kim is the 900.14.1 Head Coach for the 2009-2010 club season.

This is Kim’s second year coaching for 900VB. She brings 20 years of on the court experience and a fun, unique approach to strength building and game strategy.

Kim played Varsity for 3 years under Rick Johansen at Grapevine High School along with 900 Coaches Ranee Hoss (Lloyd) and Meredith Grady (Van Horn). Kim was Co-Captain and played middle blocker/outside hitter, earning All-District in 1993 and 1994. 

She then played Division I at Centenary College in Shreveport, LA where she served as Captain - all 4 years! Kim was named to the NCAA 1,000 Kill Club, TAAC All-Conference Team, All-Louisiana Team, and All-Tournament Teams at the University of North Texas, Texas Christian University, Prairie View A&M University, and the University of Texas Pan American. She was named the 1997 Regions Bank Player of the Year. Kim has officiated adult volleyball leagues, collegiate intramurals and high school matches including the state tournament in New Orleans, Louisiana. 
These days you will find Kim on the sand court. She has played in Australia, Canada and Mexico and won the US Open Championships A Division in southern California in 2007.
Kim finished her graduate work 2006 and now works as a statistician with Mary Kay Cosmetics in Dallas.  She is also a Certified Life Coach and has been practicing yoga for 12 years.

Kim is IMPACT certified.
